Ms. Rainey is the founder and CEO of AER.  As a military veteran with over 20 years of experience in the areas of HR strategic solutions, employment law,  compliance, and certified training and development facilitation, she is a senior level HR certified professional and founded AER in 2014 to offer collaborative HR solutions.  Her core HR values have created environments of engagement, diversity, and inclusion to improve both the employer and employee experiences.  She has partnered with veteran and federal organizations including NASA, the (VA) Veterans Administration, and the Houston Federal Executive Board to raise HR awareness and develop career leadership opportunities.  Her corporate experience includes HR Director and Sr. HR level roles in large, and mid-sized organizations in the industries of oil & gas, transportation, and engineering.
